El Oceano

El Oceano is not a class.  It is not a treatment.  It is a return.  Guests float on beds effortlessly in still water as layers of crystal singing bowls, chimes, rainstick, & other relaxing instruments wash over them - guided by intentional breathwork and held in a carefully curated sensory environment.  There are flowers.  There is lavender.  There is a kind of silence, a pause that only water can hold.  People arrive carrying things they cannot name.  They leave feeling lighter -  this is where the weight of the world finally lifts.  This is the El Oceano Effect.
