Service Description

Experience the healing power of sound with an in-person appointment with Nova Flow Movement. Our sound healing sessions utilize a variety of instruments, including but are not listed to Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and Chimes, to help you relax and find inner peace. The session assists in aligning the chakras and releasing blockages. You will begin with a brief breathwork exercises to prepare your body to receive the full benefits of the healing sounds.
