Nova Flow Medicine was birthed from the passing of Teairra's angel Nova. After her daughter passed she was called to the practices of Yoga, Sound, Breath, & Reiki to help her on her healing Journey... Using these practices as medicine just for herself until her teacher told her it was time to share & Teairra has been flowing & sharing these medicines ever since!
